Refund policy

We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours from receipt of your delivery to request a return for faulty goods such as but not limited to: cracked glass, scratches, general defects etc.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If a product has already been fitted or used e.g. hanging a door, you will not be eligible for a return as this would indicate acceptance of the item.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@desiredoors.co.uk or give us a call on 01642 058435. Images of any damaged or faulty goods will need to be sent to us via email, we will then arrange collection and replacement as soon as possible.

If your return is for goods that have been delivered damaged it is important that the return is requested within 24 hours of delivery, we have the right to refuse the return after this peroid. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that this does NOT apply to bespoke or made to measure orders.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
