Shipping policy

Order processing
All orders placed with us will be processed on the same working day (Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next working day). Some orders may be processed during weekends and bank holidays but this is not guaranteed for every order.

Shipping costs
LPD Doors - orders for LPD doors will be subject to a £45 standard delivery charge, unless stated otherwise on our website such as a limited time offer or minimum qualifying order value for free delivery etc.

Potential service interruptions
Standard delivery for products manufactured by LPD Doors is 5-7 working days from the order being processed. In some cases, orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control due to interruptions in the supply or manufacturing process, extreme weather conditions and other uncontrollable circumstances. If an order will take longer than the normal delivery time-frame, you will be contacted and updated.
